Objectives
O8.1 To manage and to coordinate the project and overcome the problems that could appear during its
realization.
O8.2 To ensure effective the information flow between project partners and the Project Officer.
O8.3 To monitor each Work Package according to the self-evaluation and fall-back criteria, and if necessary to recommend modifications to its workplan to achieve the best attainable goals for the overall project.

Description of work
The Project Management Board consists of WP leaders (6 persons). The project co-ordinator, taking care of the everyday running of the project and warranting the co-ordination function is supported by a part-time coordination assistant. The  Board will meet every three months. The first „kick-off” meeting will be organised to initialise the project and the final meeting will have a form of a workshop where leading specialists in the field of evolving networks will be invited.
Each scientific WP leader is responsible for monitoring the progress and conformance to the workplan of his/her workpackages, for reporting the results to the project coordinator, preparing deliverables and if necessary for recommending suitable remedial actions. The evaluation criteria are as stated in section B6. Assessment reports must be made as soon as any substantial deviation from the package workplan is noticed, and at the minimum every 12 months. The coordinator will: review the overall progress of the project at least every 6 months, or whenever serious problems or delays arise; ensure that appropriate remedial action or fall-back plans are discussed by the project management committee; and monitor the implementation of any adopted workplan changes.  The coordinator has to prepare annual reports and a final report on completion of project work. The final report is to cover all work, the objectives, results, and the conclusions of the entire project.
The coordinator will promptly inform the Project Officer on eventual major delays or changes in the workplan.

T8.1 to manage, coordinate and assess the project.
